The Garage turns portable-building convenience into real drive-in storage for cars, trucks, motorcycles, mowers, boats, and trailers. Tall walls and a roll-up door also make it a comfortable workshop or hobby space.
Standard builds include 93.5″ side walls (89″ studs), a roll-up garage door (6′ opening on 10′-wide buildings, 9′ on 12′-wide and larger), a solid walk-in door, and one 2’x3′ window.
The Garage is built on a wood frame with 2×4 wall studs (upgradeable to 2×6) and 3/4″ Legacy sub-flooring for drive-in loads. Standard exterior paint is a Sherwin Williams color system; a urethane stain finish (15-20 year life) is optional.
Multiple size options are available from 10×12 up to 20×64. The building ships with a 30-year architectural shingle roof, with 29-gauge metal (upgradeable to 26-gauge, lifetime warranty) available.
